About the Conference

Mission
The M3 Conference exists to refresh the minds, restore the momentum, and reawaken the movement of middle school males—particularly Black boys and boys of color—who often fall through the cracks during the critical middle grades. It is a transformational touchpoint, aligning academic excellence with cultural confidence, practical skills with personal power, and vision with values.

Desired outcomes for attendees

Participants will:

Reset their mindset through emotional intelligence and focus-based exercises

 Reclaim their power by understanding
their legal rights and civic responsibilities

Refine their skills through hands-on activities in entrepreneurship, budgeting, and branding

Recharge their purpose as they hear from dynamic mentors and culturally grounded role models

Reignite their academic aim with actionable tools to finish the semester strong

Why was this conference created?

Too often, the middle of the semester becomes a murky middle ground where boys lose focus, grades drop, and potential goes untapped. The M3 Conference was created
as a midterm marker, a moment of intentional intervention
that disrupts that drift. Grounded in data, designed through decades of mentorship, and driven by urgency, this conference fills a void where academic stagnation meets cultural mis-recognition.

This is not about remediation—it’s about revelation. M3 was birthed to bring out brilliance.
