About the Conference

The M3 Conference—Mindset, Motivation, Movement—is a mid-semester, mission-driven experience tailored for males, in grades 6–11, who are navigating the often overlooked but critical corridor between childhood and manhood. Rooted in the nationally recognized Hūman Rites of Passage (HūROP) framework, this powerful two-day conference program offers students an opportunity to refocus their minds, renew their motivation, and reclaim their movement toward excellence.

This conference is specifically designed for:

  •  Males (grades 6–11) seeking to sharpen their skills and strengthen their stride

  •  Parents and guardians looking for structured, culturally relevant academic support

  •  Educators and youth mentors desiring to keep young men focused, future-ready, and fired up

Whether your son is soaring or struggling, the M3 Conference provides a platform to refocus his purpose, renew his mindset, and reengage his momentum. Early registration is encouraged—space is limited! If you're ready to move from potential to performance, from fear to focus, M3 is your movement!
